Centre maintained by the General Bureau of Atomic Energy (entity designated by the United Nations, 2009-07-16). In its final report of March 2021, the Panel of Experts set up pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 1874 notes the observation of plumes of steam from the building used for the production of (UO2) at the uranium enrichment plant at the Yongbyon complex and reported that according to a UN Member State the enriching uranium facility at Yongbyon was operating.’ |
